View by Issue Date 

This section may be used to find the spouse of another person based on the Event Date.  This may be done by looking up the person using the View by Last Name above, note the Issue and Event Dates,  then using this routine to search for the Issue Date.  Check the two persons with the same Event Date.  They should be spouses in most cases.
